STEP 2: Measure the circumference of the thigh at the level marked in Step 1.(Fig 2)That’s your Thigh size, double check & note it down. STEP 3: Similarly, with the help of the measuring tape, mark 6 inches below the center of the knee.(Fig 3)Mark the level with a pen/ marker. STEP 4: Measure the circumference of the Calf at the level marked in Step 2.(Fig 4)That’s your Calf size, double check & note it down.Taking both your Thigh & Calf sizes refer to the Size Chart.
